Conference Room and Venue Hire Rate – R3 500.00 ➢ All rates are per room per night and include 15% VAT ➢ All rates are subject to change without notification ➢ All rates are valid from 1st March 2024 – 28th February 2025 ➢ All rates are subject to availability ➢ There are no breakaway rooms, but delegates may use any outdoor or indoor area, subject to availability at no extra charge ➢ Cash Bar or Tab must be arranged prior to your event or conference
